Talitha has recently completed her Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education. I was her trainer. During class, Talitha engaged in conversations about the learning topic, and participated in research tasks and role plays. Her interactions with children of all ages is respectful and she is very good at active listening, and engages well. She can actively supervise a group of children. Her activities that she implemented were well thought out and appropriate for the children in her care.
