My background is working in residential facilities managing young people with extreme behavioural issues. Previous to this, I worked in the Childcare industry for 8 years in a range of settings; Long daycare, as a private nanny, before and after school care and volunteer camps for disadvantaged children. Throughout this time I completed my Certificate III & Diploma in Children's Services and have interacted & cared for children from the age of 0 weeks to 16 years and feel very confident in doing so. I also have experience caring for children with special needs. I have a current blue card, disability services card and have had First Aid & CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Epilepsy and Child Protection training. Sian was absolutely amazing. She came in, immediately started looking after Max and he just adored her!!! Came home to him happy, bathed, fed and reading books happily in Sian's lap...it was beautiful to see.

We found Sian fabulous, she minded our 2 boys 5 and 1 plus a friends boy whom was also 5. She was polite, calm and confident. All of the boys where happy for us to go and be left with Sian. We also found her extremely friendly and will definitely use her again and recommend her to friends.
