Hello, my name is Ella. I am currently in my second year studying at UTS. I work part time as a swimming teacher for children aged 3 years and above, and have done so for the past three years. I have recently completed my infants certificate in aquatic teaching for ages 6 months and over. Prior to teaching swimming, I coached Mini Roos soccer at Marrickville FC. I hold a current WWCC and First Aid certification, I’m a fluent English speaker, and I have a drivers licence. I feel confident in organising educational play, both indoors and outdoors, I able to plan play based activities with variety to keep things fun and to support children's development. I love to read, I’m familiar with children's nursery rhymes and action songs, and I can create games and arts and crafts. I understand the importance of routines for food, hygiene and sleep. I am comfortable cooking a variety of meals, as I often cook and bake treats for my family. I am organized and would ensure that the play space is kept safe, tidy, and clean.
